Bill came prepared, clearly understanding who we were, and adapted his performance beautifully. Watching the looks of amazement on everyone's faces was pure joy. They were delighted to be surprised themselves! The cheers and laughter were priceless. Bill was engaging, friendly, and never intrusive. I would 100% hire him again.
